Father of my unborn child is a citizen of Belarus. Am I entitled to maternity capital, if he was born in Belarus and get a birth certificate there?
I am intrested in Capital Protection.

Does not matter, a citizen of what country is the father of the child. The main thing that you and your child have Russia's citizenship. If you currently live in another state for registration of a certificate for maternity capital to apply to the Pension Fund of Russia.
